The new machine is designed specifically for attaching the V-shaped strip to lightweight belts. It operates smoothly with a frequency inverter. Advantage
Enhance the design of the guide wheel. The tension can be adjusted to accommodate different guide belts.
Incorporate three large pressure rollers and a reinforced pressure shaft to improve the effectiveness of belt fixation.
Install baffles at both ends to secure the belt position and ensure proper tracking.
Include a dust machine to prevent the accumulation of dust.
The switch allows for adjustments in rotation, direction, and rotation speed.
Upgrade the fixing port of the rotary heating gun.
Utilize a grinding head to increase the welding strength by grinding the belt.
