New machine is a specific operation machine to adhere the v type strip on the belt for lightweight belt. Working smoothly with frequency inverter. The v type belt is arranged at a certain angle in parallel and evenly spaced on the guide belt board. The arrangement is orderly, neat and not easy to loose. The effect is good. And the rotary heating gun makes it more convenient and accurate.
Advantage
Enhance the design of the guiding wheel. The tension can be modified to suit different guiding belts.
Utilize three sizable pressure rollers and a reinforced pressure shaft to improve the belt fixation.
The baffles at both ends secure the belt's position and ensure proper tracking.
Include a dust machine to prevent dust accumulation.
The switch enables adjustment of rotation, direction, and rotation speed.
