PB PVC PU Belt Water Cooling Splice Press Machine

The HOLO Stainless Steel Body Hot Press is used for PVC belt, polyurethane belt (PU belt) and polyester mono-filament synthetic Belting.
Specifications
The press has a stainless steel body.
It has a stainless steel body and a heating width of 150mm (If the width is 200mm, please contact HOLO in advance). It is available in different sizes for belt widths ranging from 500mm up to 1500mm. For widths wider than 1500mm up to 4200mm, an aluminum body is used.
It features air bag (pressure bag).
It has a Laser silica get hot platen.
It is easy to use and assemble.
It also has a ring cooling system within the platens.
It heats up to 180℃ in about 15-20 minutes and cools down from 180℃ to 60℃ in about 3-5 minutes (depending on the model of the press).
Temperature error (On 650mm up and bottom hot plate) is less than 3℃
The air pressure for the hot press can be adjusted from 0 to 2 bar.
