The HOLO hot press is designed with a stainless steel body and is utilized for pressing PVC belts, polyurethane belts (PU belts), and polyester Mono-filament synthetic Belting.

Specifications

• Body made of stainless steel

• Heating width: 150mm (If 200mm, please contact HOLO beforehand). Various belt widths available from 500mm to 1500mm (For widths wider than 1500mm up to 4200mm, aluminum body is used)

• Air bag (Pressure bag)

• Laser silica heats up the platen

• Simple to use and assemble

• Cooling system in the form of rings within the platens

• Takes approximately 15-20 minutes to heat up to 180℃; cooling down from 180℃ to 60℃ takes about 3-5 minutes (varies depending on the press model)

• Temperature error (On the upper and lower hot plates measuring 650mm) is less than 3℃

• Air pressure: 0-2bar
