PB PVC PU Belt Water Cooling Splice Press Machine

The HOLO hot press is designed with a stainless steel body and is utilized for pressing PVC belts, polyurethane belts (PU belts), and polyester Mono-filament synthetic Belting.
Specifications
Body made of stainless steel
Heating width: 150mm (If 200mm, please contact HOLO beforehand). Various belt widths available from 500mm to 1500mm (For widths wider than 1500mm up to 4200mm, aluminum body is used)
Air bag (Pressure bag)
Laser silica heats up the platen
Simple to use and assemble
Cooling system in the form of rings within the platens
Takes approximately 15-20 minutes to heat up to 180℃; cooling down from 180℃ to 60℃ takes about 3-5 minutes (varies depending on the press model)
Temperature error (On the upper and lower hot plates measuring 650mm) is less than 3℃
Air pressure: 0-2bar
