These kits are specifically designed for welding round PU belts. They utilize a welding clamp to secure the belts and enable high temperature welding. The kit includes the following components:
1.Welder (Soldering Iron)
2.Gripper (Welding Clamp)
3.Cutter (Scissors with Skid handle)

Application | for all kinds of PU V-belt and Round belt without cord |
1) Begin by preheating the soldering iron. Use scissors to cut the belt, ensuring a smooth transverse incision.
2) Loosen the four large screws on the welding clamp and adjust the height of the aluminum plates to put the belt into .
3) Insert the open endless belt into the designated slot. (If the belt is small, adjust the four small screws on the clamp to fit it properly. Ensure that both ends of the belt align perfectly.)
4) Position the soldering iron between the ends of the belt and gently tighten the clamp to ensure full contact with the soldering iron.
5) Heat the soldering iron until the PU material melts approximately 0.5~1mm. Remove the soldering iron and close the welding clamp using the side screw.
6) After approximately 3 minutes, remove the belt from the welding clamp.
7) Grind the surface of the weld and check if it is finished. If not, repeat the above steps.
